As an Instructional Empowerment Consultant, Richard Bobinchuck works with schools and school districts to ensure teachers and school leaders have exposure and experience with the newest evidence-based actions that have proven to change instructional outcomes for students. In addition to his in-depth knowledge of K-12 mathematics instruction, his expertise in leading school improvement initiatives has proven to be of great impact on the districts he has served. Mr. Bobinchuck specializes in helping school leaders develop a culture that promotes educational equity and has been a valued addition to Districts around the nation.

Mr. Bobinchuck’s 14 years in K-12 education include experiences as a teacher, content specialist, district administrator, and staff developer. In each of his roles, he was very active in ensuring teachers and leaders benefitted from access to high-quality professional learning.

Mr. Bobinchuck began his education at The University of the Cumberlands and then earned two Master’s Degrees, one in Mathematics from Florida Atlantic University and one in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education. His educational experiences provided the platform for his work in urban, suburban, and rural systems.
