Paul graduated from North Carolina Central University with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Science. Prior to joining Instructional Empowerment, he worked as teacher, multi-classroom leader and instructional coach domestically in North Carolina, Georgia, and virtually in China.
His experience in education dates back more than a decade. As a passionate educator, he is determined to expand his impact by coaching educators to reach their full potential and provide quality rigorous standards-based instruction for all students. Paul’s expertise includes building relationships, school improvement planning, professional development, and research-based coaching and teaching.
