Kirstie Lickliter, M.Ed, is a staff developer for Instructional Empowerment within the Standards-Driven Curriculum Practice Area. With almost 20 years of experience in an educational setting, her background includes work as a classroom teacher, literacy coach, and district-level curriculum support specialist. Kirstie graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education.
After teaching for four years, she decided it was time to go back to school and earned her Master of Education degree in Reading Education from Florida Atlantic University. She is committed to supporting educators as they develop and implement rigorous standards-based instruction.
