Debbie Terry’s career in public school education spanned over 30 years.  She held the positions of teacher, curriculum specialist, assistant principal, elementary and middle school principal, director of HR, and assistant superintendent of HR. Her role with Instructional Empowerment is as a Consultant working on the Leadership Tracking System and Micro-credentialing and Rigor Walk. Mrs. Terry holds a bachelor of arts in Elementary Education from Northern Kentucky University and a master of arts in Educational Leadership from NOVA Southeastern.
